Booking Policies

To keep every appointment running smoothly and protect both your time and mine, please read and understand all policies before booking. These rules apply to everyone — friends, regulars, and new clients alike.

Deposit Policy

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Submitting a booking request alone does not secure your spot. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have both received a confirmation from me and sent the deposit.

If you have not sent a deposit, your request will not be accepted — no exceptions.

Late Arrival Policy

Out of respect for all clients, late arrivals are subject to the following:

Arriving 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee added to your service. Arriving 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled — no exceptions, friends or not.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancelling or rescheduling the same day of your appointment results in a $10 fee. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice results in a $25 fee — to be paid immediately or before your next appointment. No payment = no appointment.

No Children Policy

Absolutely no children are allowed at appointments — no exceptions, no matter who you are or how long you've been a client. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.

If there's no school, or no sitter, we can reschedule — but kids cannot come to the appointment. Please arrange childcare with a trusted adult before your visit.

Cell Phone Policy

Light phone use is totally fine — scroll Instagram, check your feed, enjoy your time. However, please refrain from taking lengthy personal phone calls during your service.

Arguments with the boyfriend and moms can wait for later, ladies. This is your time to relax and vibe while we create your look together.

Guests & Company

I know we all love getting a second opinion from the bestie or the boyfriend — guests and company are welcome at your appointment.

The only rule: no children. Any adult companions are welcome to tag along while you get your set done.

Health & Hygiene

Please wear a face mask to your appointment and wash your hands before getting serviced.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness — please reschedule. Do not come to your appointment sick. This protects you, me, and all other clients.

How Booking Works

Use the "Book Now" button only to request an appointment. Texts about time adjustments will be ignored — please only use the booking system for scheduling.

Remember: a booking request is not a confirmed appointment. You must receive a confirmation and send your deposit for the appointment to be locked in.

Please have a nail idea ready when you come see me. In most cases I'll reach out before your appointment to discuss what design you have in mind — but please come with something to work with.

Inspo photos, Pinterest saves, TikTok videos — bring anything that shows the vibe you're going for so we can create the perfect set together.
