How do I book an appointment?

Use the "Book Now" button on this site to access the booking system and submit a request. Please do not text me about time adjustments — those messages will be ignored.

Once you've submitted a request and I've confirmed it, you'll need to send a $25 deposit to officially lock in your appointment.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! New clients are welcome. Use the Book Now button to submit a request, review all policies first, and have your deposit ready to send once confirmed.

Does submitting a request confirm my appointment?

No. A booking request alone does not confirm your appointment. You must:

1. Receive a confirmation from me
2. Send the $25 deposit

Only once both are done is your appointment officially set.

Where are you located?

I'm based in Gaithersburg, MD and serve clients throughout the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia). Exact location details are shared upon booking confirmation.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A $25 deposit is required to secure every appointment. No deposit = no booking. This applies to all clients, including returning clients.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Apple Pay, Venmo, and CashApp. All payments are cashless — please have your payment app downloaded and ready before your appointment.

What's the late arrival fee?

Arriving 10 minutes late incurs a $10 late fee. Arriving 15 minutes late results in a cancelled appointment — no exceptions, regardless of who you are.

What's the cancellation fee?

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.

Same-day cancellation: $10 fee
Less than 24-hour notice: $25 fee

Fees must be paid immediately or before your next appointment. No payment means no future appointment.

Do you do both short and long sets?

Yes! Sets are available in short, medium, and long lengths. Whatever your preference, we'll find a look that works for your lifestyle and nail goals.

Can I send inspiration photos?

Absolutely — inspo photos are encouraged and super helpful. Pinterest boards, TikTok saves, Instagram screenshots, whatever you have. I'll typically reach out before your appointment to discuss your design, but please come with ideas ready.

Do you do soak-offs or repairs?

Yes. Soak-off services and nail repairs are available. See the Services page for details, or reach out on Instagram with specific questions about your situation.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Here's how to come ready:

✓ Have a nail design or inspo in mind
✓ Wear a face mask
✓ Wash your hands before arriving
✓ Have your payment app ready (Apple Pay, Venmo, or CashApp)
✓ Arrange childcare — no kids allowed
✓ Arrive on time — late fees apply at 10 minutes

Can I bring a friend?

Yes — adult companions (friends, partners) are welcome to come with you. The only exception is children, who are not allowed at any appointment.

What if I'm sick?

Please reschedule if you're feeling any symptoms of illness. Do not come to your appointment sick — this protects you, me, and other clients. Reach out as soon as possible so we can find another time.

Can I be on my phone during my appointment?

Absolutely! Scrolling Instagram, checking social media — all good. Just please avoid lengthy phone calls during your service. This is your time to relax and vibe while we create your set.
